Our Ballwin gym is open 24hours during the week and 6am to 10pm on weekends so you can come whenever.

West County Health & Fitness Center just enhanced our facilities by purchasing brand new state of the art cardio equipment including  treadmills, elliptical trainers, and bikes all with individual TV sets from Star Trac™. This great new equipment is waiting for you at our Ballwin gym. We also feature Flex™ and Hammer Strength™ weight machines with over 16 tons of free weights to help get you pumped!

Grand Opening of Our New Day Spa
We just recently added a medical/day spa to our gym facility. Our spa features a variety of rejuvenating treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures, BOTOX™, microdermabrasion, and Juvederm™ to pump up lips or smooth out creases and fine lines. Our medical spa is open Tuesday–Saturday from 9 a.m.–8 p.m. After the gym, enjoy a Shake This™ fruit smoothie. We have post and pre-workout fruit and protein shakes available to help you build muscle or tone your body.

Hours of Operation:
Monday 5:00 a.m. stay open 24 hours until Friday close at 10:00 p.m.  Saturday and Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
